Any changes to a member's information must be reported to bj76 immediately. bj76 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance in cases where false or misleading information is provided.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use bj76 services:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.
• If it is proven that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. If a member deposits ৳12,000, they will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and the total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering or turnover requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Some games may contribute at a different rate towards the wagering calculation.
• bj76 reserves the right to change, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The bj76 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP benefits are at bj76's discretion and may change at any time. VIP tier benefits are not fixed and bj76 may modify them as needed.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on bj76:

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Once deposited funds are credited to the account, they may only be used within that account.
• A member may not deposit on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to a third party.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• The standard processing time for withdrawals is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

5.3 Currency and Fees

6 Gaming Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific technical issue is proven.
• If a bet becomes unclear due to a technical error or disconnection, bj76 will decide based on its own records.
• bj76's decision on game results is considered final.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Unauthorised use of bj76's intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or find vulnerabilities.

If any of the above activities are detected, bj76 may immediately close the relevant account and take legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by bj76

bj76 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.
• In accordance with legal or regulatory instructions.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the bj76 support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed, however this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming
